Steel on Leather Collar is sure to turn heads!
This collar is made of shiny 1 inch steel over soft black garment leather about 1.25 inches wide. It closes by means of a sturdy plastic hasp at one end that fits through any one of three round holes on the other end. A large D-ring near the hasp allows attachment of a rope or other restraint or bondage device. This steel collar has an O-ring in the middle of the collar for decoration or for leash attachments.
