This is a great item. The quality is top notch. It's well assembled and the leather is nice and soft (unlike a leather item I bought from another site where the leather was so dry I had to oil it before I used it). After lacing (easier if someone else does it, but I can do it myself) the effect is already there and the buckles just finish everything just right. Of course after 4 locks are installed you better know where the key is or you're like a blind deaf person trying to find it. The mouth opening is very adequate and the hood fits so well there's no way that a gag could be used as breathing is a good thing. It's nice and dark and quiet in there and after snugging the collar strap one can barely move the head (excellent). The 3 rings on the collar come in very handy and are quiet when not used. I hate noisy rings that clang like a cowbell. My kids might not understand when I am discovered. Since I have a fat nose it usually clogs after a while and I need to breathe through my mouth. After an hour or two my mouth becomes uncomfortably dry but I told the Mrs. that a straw and a drink would solve that. Speaking of the Mrs she is a bit of a fumbler but the second night she installed the hood on me no problem. She likes how it fits so well and is easy for her tighten up and secure. One minor complaint is that the lace has no hard ends and with 13 eyelets in back there is some lacing to be done. We are looking for a good shoelace with decent ends to replace it with. Strict Leather has hit a home run with me and I just ordered some fist mitts last night. Quality is appreciated in this hobby which for me has lasted for 37 years so I want my toys to last a long time. Thumbs Up from Richie........at least if I'm not in my new mitts........

The fit is perfect even without using the buckles. The leather laces can be snugged tightly bringing the hood edges together with the flap tucked all the way to the right. This creates a sensuous experience. Cinching the hood with the bands takes the program to the next level and finishing off with locks at the attachment points creates the ultimate bondage scenario.

was put into this hood along with some rather effective earplugs while visiting a buddy in dublin...what a trip, especially when combined with a tight sleepsack. highly recommended.

i ordered this hood on a thursday and asked for it to be delivered by friday. it was. i was told that i should practice with it. it takes a little getting use to. i ran home from the gym. 3miles. i wanted to practice before my master put it on me to stay on for a long period of time. when i arrived my master was standing in the doorway with hood in his hand. no time for practice. i was told to kneel. i was wearing only my leather posing trunks. the hood went on my head. tied very tightly in the back-world being shut out already. then the neck buckle, the buckle over the eyes. both pulled tightly. total darkness and limited hearing. then the buckles under my chin were straped tightly. clinching my teeth together. limited oxygen. you were right it takes some getting use to, but i knew i was in it for a long time. locks went on the hood-4 total. hands and feet shackled and then off to somewhere my master takes me. did not know where i was. knew i was around people. they kept slapping me across my bareback and chest. stepping on my bare feet. i then was strung up to be whipped. i could only feel and hear my pain. total deprivation. what a great feeling. very scary. not sure what was going to happen next. chains came off my wrist and ankles. stripped except hood. placed on cross. after a while i was given liquids through the whole. stayed in the hood for 36 hours. i am wondering if anyone else stayed it longer. love it and hated it.

This product is simply amazing.. My partner put this on me the other night and I had no idea what was going on.. My eyes and my ears were useless and I could hardly breathe... I love that feeling of helplessness... My dog was in on the action and I couldnt tell whos tongue was whos! Amazing...
