I have owned this pump for a couple of months now and have been using it regularly in and out of the tub. I can honestly say that it is truly an interesting product that seems to be working. I have not taken any official tracking measurements but I am definitely Hanging longer and fuller after regular use of this pump. I typically use the pump in and out of the bath. When out of the bath I fill the tube with warm water and pump for about 15 minutes. After 15 minutes are up a Stroke my cock for about 5 - 10 minutes maintaining a hard erection. Depending on the amount of time that I have available for a pumping session I will go through this process about 4 times. I now nearly fill the tube completely and there is quite a noticeable difference in both girth and length. Maintaining the erection after using the pump seems to help quite a bit besides being very pleasurable. You may not be able to hold an erection for about 30 minutes after using the pump when you first start using the device. This is apparently normal. I would not recommend using this device immediately prior to sexual intercourse for that reason. Using this pump with a partner can be very rewarding. Allowing her to pump you up and relaxing during the time that the pump is on and then letting her handle your cock whatever way she chooses keeping you hard could be a fun way of sharing it with your partner.
