I like this plug, but according to its description it has no through hole. I'd call that almost right. When I received mine, it had a through hole (visible in the pictures) but the hole was plugged with some black, slightly fiberous material. It dug out with a micro screwdriver quite easily. Because it was so easy to remove, if you want one without a through-hole, I'd recommend removing whatever is in there and filling it with something more sturdy, such as a silicone-based glue or solder. If you want a temporary plug for the hole, the paper rod from a cotton swab will easily become stuck if you aren't careful.

I received this plug a week ago and I have now inserted it several times. This was my first time inserting anything into my penis so it took a little effort. I didn't push too hard too fast but within a few minutes it slid in. My only problem is with the 1-inch (inside diameter) ring. It is way too small for me. I recommend they add a 1 2/5" ring, like they have with other plugs.
