This extender felt great when I finally got it on. It does take some effort. It looks huge, and it is huge... Too big for my wife huge. We even tried using it as a dildo with tons of lube. No luck. She did have a mild reaction to the PVC. As a matter of fact, another real-skin girth extender I bought had an extreme reaction to Fat Dick as it "melted" in the sex drawer. Keep PVC isolated. Also, it does smell. Please XR, find another sturdy non-reactive material for this and the Black Mamba.

Be clear,
this is fantastic for a guy with a small penis to achieve an immediate upgrade to huge girth and good length.
HOWEVER... if you have a normal sized penis you have not a hope of getting this on, there's just no way in hell.
The internal diameter is less than an inch, you cant get in flaccid even and it's not remotely stretchy enough to force yourself in when hard.
I'm trying hot water and forcing objects inside it to stretch it open but after a week no real improvement, it's just too chunkily made to stretch permanently.
If you do have a penis an inch in thickness then buy it, don't hesitate
If not then damn shame you're out of luck and I'll repost if I ever manage to stretch it any |

This is a great toy...once you get the hang of putting it on. Some points were already pointed out. It needs a vent hole at the top otherwise the penis is just fighting against an air pock to fit. I drilled a 1/8" hole at the end of the cavity and with lube it worked great. The other issue is the strap that holds it in place. It is tricky and will take some learning to get your testicles through there. But the strap being on tight is pretty critical to the piece working. Lastly, I understand that this piece is likely made to help men that have smaller penises, but if you are above average, or large, but still trying to satisfy your Size Queen, this is going to be a tight fit. The internal cavity measures less than 6" which makes that testicle strap even more tight if you're longer when hard. All that being said, drilling the hole, lots of lube and practise and this is a GREAT toy. Your partner will have O after O after O. |
