Not a fan, the top portion wants to move free of the sheaf, which makes it difficult to penetrate and use. If it had been rigid down slightly over the tip of the penis, it would make sense, but as it is- quite difficult. I did not give lowest rating because it can be fun to put this over your hand (very stretchy) and do some serious work. Mostly not great though.
