Hospital Quality Padded Locking Restraints

These restraints are used to restrain very aggressive patients. These are considered to be the top of the line restraints used by Mental Facilities. You have all the advantages of top-quality leather with the added security of a lock. These restraints are now padded for premium comfort. Leather restraints are 3 inches wide and have 6 size adjustments.

Wrist cuffs are 12 inches long (sizes 5 3/4 inches - 9 1/2 inches).

Ankle cuffs are 14 inches long (sizes 8 inches - 11 3/4 inches).
