This garter is specifically used with the OhMiBod pleasure system (not included). Simply place it around the thigh and let it hold your iPod nano while you use the vibrator. If you like to stand up, lie down, be against a wall, resting on the couch or in any other positions, you won't have to worry about the iPod getting in the way.
The garter fits thighs sized between 16" and 28". It fits current and previous versions of the iPod Nano.
