Love these clamps my nips are already pierced. When you put them on the piercing it does its job. Very well. Love them. I would buy these again. Take out the screw and let them hang.

Don't bother. These are awful. Clamp is the key word here. If your nipples are sensitive (mine are) then its almost impossible to get them loose enough not to hurt and tight enough to stay on. And the vibration is a joke. I have super sensitive nips, and the vibration doesn't transfer thru the clamps. A total waste of money and time.

My nipples are very sensitive and I call them my orgasm buttons. Save yourself some money and just use close-pins....the vibration doesn't transfer. Also, the vibration cause the screws on the clamps to vibrate loose...and then tightening them will strip the plastic out. Like I said...save your money.
