From my perspective as a Dom this toy would be great for someone in a long term BDSM relationship. As far as casual play goes, it doesn't work so well. Most subs I've used it on actually are begging for mercy even before all six clamps are applied because they have a very wicked bite and can not be adjusted. As the description says this is a very intense toy. Not meant for people new to TT for sure.
