How to Use: Nipple jewelry is removed. You position the back plate -- the plate with the 4 dimples -- against the chest and over the nipple. Make sure that the nipple is in the center. Place the top plate on top of the back plate, with the four holes on top of the four dimples. Stick the locating bar through the piercing and let it rest on the channel of the top plate. Insert each screw one at a time and slowly turn them to move the plates further and further apart. Watch as your nipples rise to the occasion!
