I have a pair of these and they are great! I had to stretch them a bit to accommodate my large nipples, but they look really good once properly positioned. They can easily fall off if not adjusted and positioned right, though. Also a nice "initiation" device for those wanting to try nipple clamps but who are a bit leery, as they do pinch nicely until adjusted for your size. And a nice price too!

I've got to admit, they look hot while they're on. However, it is very hard to adjust the tension on them. They are a bit too stiff. They have been too pinchy for my girlfriend to wear them for very long, and they fall off fairly easily with movement. I like the shape and basic design, but I think they are made of the wrong metal, or perhaps are just too thick. They would work better if they had a little more spring in them. Probably would work well if you're into a little pain, otherwise you may not have the easiest time with them. For the price, it's worth trying out. -Drew

I have tiny nipples and these work great on me as well, you can adjust them for different sizes very easlily. MMMMM love wearing them in public under my shirt!

These were the perfect size for large or inverted nipples. Nice quality and definitely do the trick.
