Just got these and I think they are not tight enough. I am new with the nipple clamps, so this should say something. Even at full strength they do not bite much. But then again, they do not slip off. I wore them about 20 minutes and then took them off - that was some nice pain. I like them, but if they have adjusters they should have tighter springs for those times you want to hurt a bit. Will see how they work in the bedroom with a partner.

I really liked having these clamps used on me. I havent been playing very long and my master tried several kinds of clamps on me but these id have to say were the best. I cant take really heavy pain on my breasts yet but these were just enough to make me extra sensitive without over sensitisingme. They really go from a firm grip to a very intense pinch. These are perfect to use for a gradual build-up of pain and pleasure. Thanx so much!
