Got this for a holiday gift. The pump will not hold pressure. We checked all the connections and emailed Customer Service for help. They assured us that we needed to make sure the hose was clicked onto the cylinder tightly. We can't possibly push the hose on any tighter than we are. We also have another pussy pump (also sold through XR), so we tried using the pump and hose with the cylinders and it works just fine, although we can't see what the pump pressure is now. Overall, the cylinders are great and pretty comfortable, but the pump itself isn't worth the money we paid for it.

Just got this product today with the pussy pump.expecting to use it right away. Paid two day air mail to recieve it for weekend play and the pump doesnt work. Call customer service and they say 5 to 7 days before I recieve another pump that probably wont work. I went out and bought a quality pump instead! What a waste of money. Attachments work pump is junk,buy a pump prior to buying this product. A big disapointment for my me and my slave.Buyer beware!!!!! Not worth the money!!!!!!
