wonderful. its so comfortable and fills my whole mouth. i wear it all the time, even by myself; every opportunity i get. its fun to chew on cause its so soft and as a result it doesn't hurt your mouth after you take it out. what an amazing ball gag.

unbelievable! at first it is weird but after a while it feels really comfortable. Top notch gag, however only problem is I found the straps to be too small for my head, can only get the buckle into the first hole! Otherwise very sexy!
