I got this for my fiance to use on me. She likes to be the dom in the relationship, and thats fine by me! It ratchets wide open, and fully open is hard for me to get out of my mouth, but I can. We went to a local hardware store, and bought the smallest bungie strap we could find. It works nicely to keep it in my mouth. She will make me suck her strapon with this, and will force my head down until im gagging. I love this gag, almost as much as my ring gag, which she puts on me, pisses on a pair of panties, stuffs them in my mouth, then duck tapes it shut.

very intimidating with the ratchets (vs. Jennings) but reduces oral access somewhat. I added a strap to keep it from falling out/shifting when you're vertical or bent forward. Adjustability gives a good control dimension to play and is also a nice feature for newbies with breathing obstruction fears. Easy to clean, easy to use....produces lots of humiliating drool too.
