Most Sadistic Mouth Gag AvailableThis is a sadistic device. What makes this unique compared to our other gags is that it is spring loaded. How it works: - Squeeze it so it's just an inch in length.
- Insert in mouth
- As wearer opens mouth to speak it climbs up and widens to 3 inches
- The wider they open the mouth the further the gag climbs up
- Wearer cannot close mouth
- It cannot be pushed out of the mouth due to the two plastic stoppers set behind the teeth
- To remove, use fingers to press rear of gag to allow it to descend

It's just too small. Even if it's spread all the way, I can still open my mouth more and it falls out easily. Not doing it's purpose. |

I have had this for some time now, but it's not working good. The only way to make it work is by opening your mouth fully at the start, but that's not how it's meant to be. If you start with only an inch opened, you can push the gag out with your tounge and it will be possible to damage your mouth/teeth, in a not-good way. |

Wonderful! This is GREAT, as long as Madam opens it to the max before leaving me - Only problem is that after 2 or 3 hours it hurts like a bitch, but 4 hours is AGONY, and the pain lasts about a week - And I take needles through my balls, with a 9 volt battery added for EXTRA Fun.....so I DO know what REAL Pain is! For most, this is fun, but keep it under 2 hours, you'll be good! Outstanding Droolage! ;-P |

will do little to gag subject before expanding. design is unstable with very little to prevent the gag from twisting in the mouth of a subject attempting to remove the device which can easily result in gag removal and stands a good chance of turning this into a spring loaded tooth chipper. unique, but needs revision for safety and efficiency. if you're looking for something different, good luck with this one. |

my mistress got this for me to keep me quiet it works really well but my jaw became sore after wearing it for about an hour. Otherwise i loved it! |
