Highly recommended. Very clean looking, secure and effective. Relatively comfortable to wear, while keeping the mouth wide open for unobstructive access, especially for more intense play such as mouth-soaping, cigarette-ash tipping, etc.

This is a nice looking open mouth gag but I recommend to attach a rubber string behind the head as many wearers can drop this gag out of the mouth.
