I just used this toy for the first time, and it was one of the most disappointing toys I now own. because of the shape, I could not get the whole toy in (past the 3rd ball). It was more painful than pleasurable, and I was distracted with trying to hold it in (it kept trying to come out). I thought the butt plug version would not curve enough to touch my prostate, but I think it would have been a far better choice.
