It is lined with a strong adhesive on the inside so it seals agains the skin. This ensures that when the wearer urinates the liquid is forced out of the opening at the tip of the external catheter. The tube shaped tip allows a hose to be attached if desired.

This is a great entry toy for urine play. It isn't as intimidating as a regular catheter which is inserted into the urethra. And unlike an internal catheter the wearer of this item can still control their bladder. It is disposable and very inexpensive.
