This device is a mix between a cock ring and basic chastity device.
The way it works is the leather strap secures around the cock and balls just like a cock ring by means of a buckle. Then the lock is attached so the buckle can not be undone. The penis goes through the steel ring just like in the gates of hell and is attached by 2 small leather straps. Cock rings help keep erections and can make them more intense. This neat device forces the wear to keep it on. The ring is 1 7/16" in diameter, with an internal diameter of 1 1/2"
A pretty good buy in my opinion. I found that the default holes and default ring size were a bit too large for me (And I'm just mildly above average) but punching one more hole to really shrink up the leather portion and picking up a 1.25" diametre lifting ring solved that. First I slide the 1.25" ring down, then put this on and lock it in place. The smaller ring cannot pull through the larger ring but is much more effective at maintaing erections and preventing ejaculation.
The only other problem was the length of the straps connecting the ring to the leather harness, but I gabbed two metal cable ties (self locking) and used those to snug it up. The result is a highly effective short-term chastity device
