I'm in a long-distance relationship, and I became pretty sure I was becoming too accustomed to a routine of masturbating to porn when standard stimulation (like you get from a partner) wasn't having the effect is used to. The doll's position isn't conducive to dressing her, which would be my preference, but a nightshirt still makes her more comfortable to use: otherwise, her skin, which is slightly porous, tugs at body hairs. I keep her in bed all the time, so the nightshirt also makes her a better sleeping partner. I suppose they had the model sit in a vat of something to make the mold -- hence the strange "squatting with my hands on my knees" position. She flexes well, but the wrinkles that form don't look so natural, so I suggest using her in low light. Her facial detail is so good (especially the eyes) that in dim light, she's actually pretty convincing at a distance. I am also pleased with the quality of her hair, too. It seems to be a wig glued on, but I'm going to have to brush it soon and maybe braid it to keep it orderly and in good shape. Her breasts are nicely sized, but unrealistically firm -- not pleasant to squeeze -- and I think they prove my model-in-vat theory, because breasts float, and this doll's breasts are lifted away from her body in exactly the way a girl's would in a tub of goo. Not realistic on either count, but they still look nice and are a decent handhold, even if they're rock hard.
Last, on usage, the cyberskin vagina and anus are tight, but soft and stretchy. I'd prefer it if the orifices were countersunk -- a little wider at the entrance -- because you have to be dead on (and have a reasonably firm erection) to get in. But, that's why I got the doll, right? To get back in practice. And, it's working. To make the experience more realistic (and I mean really realistic, closely approximating a partner), I suggest microwaving the cyberskin vagina and anus for a minute or so (check it every 30 seconds). The material itself doesn't warm up, but the residual moisture inside, from your last use and rinse, can get hot. I also flip open the lid on the bottle of lube and give it at least 30 seconds in. The bottle has a slightly raised spout, so it's easy to squeeze some inside , after I've installed the vagina into the big slot at her base, and by the time all that operation is complete, nothing's too hot for use.
That raises another point: latex degrades cyberskin, it says, so you can't leave the vagina in the doll (she's got a latex skin over foam, apparently), or use it with a condom (which I'd actually wanted to do). Anyway, because of this, after removing and cleaning it, you have to keep it somewhere else, in my case looking like some sort of fleshy sea anemone or alien facehugger under the bathroom sink. That said, use of the doll can't be very spontaneous, because inserting the vagina and anus properly, while easy, takes a minute.
The anus leads to the same main tube, but via a tighter side-passage. It's a little too tight, for my taste: I'm trying to come with less stimulation, not more! The sensation is good, though, and the differences in diameter when using it mimics a tight butt pretty well. Speaking of sensation, I notice that the vagina has some raised studs inside, but nothing too aggressive. I mainly notice when cleaning it, not when using it.
Last, this foam doll is large, really. Look at the photo. It doesn't fold up and it doesn't deflate, and it won't fit under the bed. It comes in a seriously big box, not one you can just tuck into the back of a closet. If I had guests and wanted to put her away, I'd wrap her in something dark and put her behind some racks and piles of clothes. If my girlfriend weren't cool with my having this doll, I'd have a really, really hard time keeping her private without an attic or crawlspace somewhere. Just FYI.
All in all, this is a great toy, and reasonably priced. I previously had a premium ~$300 dual-chambered doll (inner and outer air chambers) with latex skin, but its orifices were very badly designed: basically restricted by a very, very tight inner rubber band I found when I did some surgery to replace them. Quite a pain, but maybe ok for the do-it-yourselfer who wants a more discreet doll. As for this one, if you have the space, it's much better! |
