This new, high quality restraint set is used to restrain highly aggressive patients. Top quality leather cuffs are 3 inches wide and 12 inches in length. Patient has little to no movement once in restraints. These restaints work well on a cot, folding table (as shown) or single size beds.

Wrist Cuffs have four size adjustments from 8 to 10 inches, cuffs are spaced 24 inches apart.

Ankle Cuffs have four size adjustments from 9 1/2 inches to 12 inches, cuffs are spaced 12 inches apart.

I was one lucky bastard. Agreed to be restrained like on the picture, but with my hands above my head, way back. I ''endured'' six hours of intense tickling, massage and denial, and no matter how much I strruggled, the restraints held my arms and feet spread, for the two girls to do their job. I bought the full four piece set and it is amazing. The straps are flexible enough to be used with different sized people and strong enough that even with someone who likes to struggle they are not going to get anywhere. It fits perfectly on my portable table and easy to get on and off. I love it.
