This hood is wonderful, especially the padded eyes that it has. Gives a better sense of sensory deprivation. It has a nice snug fit, though I wish that it would stretch a bit better, but maybe it's not broken into yet. Overall I think it looks quite nicely on my slave, as he enjoys it immensly. |

This hood works quite well. I never thought I'd try a hood but I gave it a shot after watching some internet movies. What a sensation! It blocks about 90% of the light, barely enough to make out blurry outlines of things in the room and that's only if the lights are on bright. Otherwise it's good night! Easy to breathe thru. Its also impossible to take it off without free hands! Frustrating, yet totally hot!! |

Of course, I immediately had to try it on!! The blindfold was just a little bit smaller than I had hoped for, it blocks out light effectively, but the hood does tend to shift a bit, allowing slight traces of light to penetrate.
That can be viewed as something positive, especially considering that this is a "Beginners" hood. The mystique of darknesss is preserved, but the element of potentiaal fear resulting from it is tempered. Thus, it helps deliver a trip that you can handle!!
Breathing ability was excellent. I have a deviated septum, so I can only breathe out of one nostril as it is, so air flow is critical for me. |

this is a nice soft easily and quickly installed hood. The spandex will provide a soft tightness all around the head, while allowing good breathing, speaking and hearing. The padded eyes pad will bring the wearer into darkness. It can be used for extended plays without problem. I recommend it for introducing sensory deprivation before going to something more serious like a total leather hood. |
