Great when used with a ball gag as well. My hubby left me in this for two hours whilst in full hogtie and I had no problem breathing through the nose holes even whilst having a massive orgasm as he was filling me from behind. Excellelnt product.

F*cking incredible for a light-looking hood/mask. I was looking for a quick grab-n-go hood I could throw in my backpack or carry-on... I didn't notice the top of the head strap when I ordered this but it's a great plus. The D-rings are such that you could add a jaw strap w no problem. Grommets are small (4mm?) but do allow nose breathing, I found that when the holes are blocked, this mask sucks up tight against my face, very similar to a gas mask. I got my order at 230 this afternoon. It's 4 o'clock now. Guess how many times I've come...
