This is a cheap hard plastic thing with a seam running down the middle of the whole thing. There is absolutely no give - hard hollow plastic, so the piece the curves up prevents it from even being inserted fully. Impossible to be worn by it's own design, very disappointed with this and surprised it is being offered on an otherwise very good site. Don't waste your money.

I gotta say, was expecting a little weight in this bad boy. t was a surprise, went in like nothing was wrong, and I could of worn it all night and day. Very comfy.
