This double balloon is probably the best nozzle for retaining an enema that is on the market today. Actually this is the fourth double balloon nozzle I have had...the inner balloon failed in all cases...but I think it was because I overinflated it. I have my fingers crossed with my recent purchase. So far...so good11`
This is an enjoyable addition. I used to have one with an internal expansion of over 4" so this one is a bit smaller, and I miss the XL version. But this works well, and is **mostly** leak-proof. Not entirely, though, so be careful. But it works, and when both sides are pumped fully it feels great just as-is. It's not a replacement for a expanding plug (since the butthole doesn't get stretched at all) but for enema play it's really nice.
One improvement would have been to make it super obvious which pump controls which side (outside vs. inside). So my technique is to insert first, then pump both inflation bladders, since otherwise you run the risk of overinflating one.

I pump up outer balloon and use it like a handle to help push the inner balloon in until it rest against my ass.

I enjoy this toy, it allows for a good seal to keep everything in. I’ve been using 12 pumps when feeling frisky. Haven’t seen any concerns about it breaking yet. I think it expands to three or so inches in diameter to obtain that seal, the bottom side bulb is kind of pointless. I love this toy though. Wish they had kinkier ones.
This item is a must-have for enema lovers as, once inserted and inflated, prevents even the slightest leakage even with very large enemas. This is a very good item, but that is assuming you don't get a defective product. Extreme Restraints was very good about it and sent me a replacement right away at no cost, which was ok. The first one had a leak at the base of one of the balloons. Talk about a mess.
I purchased my first double balloon nozzle several years back. It was the 'little' brother of this nozzle. I loved it, despite the hefty price tag. After using it for less than a year however, the outer balloon ruptured. I bought this size next, and LOVED the larger internal balloon. For someone who uses erotic enemas multiple times per week, it is hands down the supreme enema nozzle. The inner balloon pumps up enough to make a tight seal, thanks to the outer balloon keeping it from moving deeper inside. With that water tight seal, i am able to relax and take very large enemas (4 quarts+) and hold them for as long as i like. I suggest this to any enema enthusiast. The only problem i have with them is, I’ve never had one last more than a year, or say 100-125 uses. Over time the balloons will weaken near the joints and rupture. I have a hard time with the price, but despite the limitations of clear silicone, it is better than the alternatives, like rubber. If you've been eyeing this, take the plunge. very good product,only thing holding back(pun intended) from 5 stars is the tubing needs either a second clamp or a better tube from the nozzel to keep any fluid from dripping.
Lets be honest, these nozzles have always had problems, from all the distributors. I have had at least a dozen of them through the years. One of them lasted less then 6 months, while a couple have lasted a couple of years,(not the norm). I have paid $145 for a stripped down one,(no inflators) which is the norm from most venders. Even with the problems, I will continue to get these because these are the best retaining nozzles around. This is a great price and comes with a warrantee. All that said, I love the feel of that large inner balloon in me. And it does a great job of retaining the water inside. For me, 2 quarts and not a drop spilled (until the inner balloon popped), which is why I'm here today, To get a new one. The large inner balloon may be too much for a beginner, but I would recommend them.
Received mine! I seriously doubt the inner balloon is able to hold 750cc of air! It's more looking like 400 or 500cc for me, unless i'm seriously under-estimate the max inflating of that thing. (checked the actual volume under water, thanks you, Archimedes!)
The glue to stick the double balloon enemas back together is called Sil-Poxy. It is a special silicon sealant which is expensive but does the trick. I have salvaged several double balloon enema catheters perfectly, including burst inner balloons. Unfortunately this is a necessary expedient at the moment because none of the usual vendors or suppliers has these at the moment, or has had for a long time. The latex ones are still available but are obviously not compatible with oil, my favourite, or for latex allergy sufferers. The trick is to inflate the catheter under water to find the leak, mark it with an indelible marker, dry off and apply the Sil-Poxy. You need to do this with protective gloves (which all good deviants should have) and in a fully ventilated room (the smell is hazardous).Its actually made in the States by smooth-on, smooth-on.com, but I got it in the UK for about £20. Apply sparingly, store in a cool place, reseal thoroughly, and it will last for many repairs. I am still on my first tube. There is a clear business opportunity to redesign the double balloon to make it more robust as this is a favourite with all klismos, but I am really surprised this has not happened in the last few years. The rubber ones are more robust as the tensile strength of the materials is different and they appear to come from Germany. The other product ER should stock is long silicon colon tubes as these are quite thrilling when connected to the inflatable butt plug enemas and inserted: strictly for experience players. Delicious!
I'm back to buy another one. My old one last a little over a year. the glue let go on the balloons (both). I like the fact that extreme restraints would replace this with 30 days however if they would ask the manufacturer what type of glue to use to re-glue these and let their customers know that........it would really be helpful and their customers I am sure would appreciate it. From looking at my old one
I bought this nozzle as I once had one in the past. The feeling is amazing when inside you and inflated however I discovered there was an air leak on both balloons. This item is novelty grade not medical grade.
