This is a great concept but bad design. It's real flimsy and has holes all around it. It has no adjustment of any kind, and with all the holes in it, unless you have it running some when you put it in, air gets up in you. At $44 it's not worth it so don't bother.

A complete waste of money! The product does NOT come with any kind of a shut off valve to control the flow of the water. This leaves you either trying to push it in while the water is spraying out of it in every direction, or putting it in first and hoping that when you turn on the shower the water won't need any time to adjust to a proper temperature appropriate for an enema...
Were this product fitted with a valve attachment, it would be great, as it is sold however, it's worthless.

I used the shower head befor I got this one works Ok but that one is a great expierince and better results
