Well, i bought this as my first real cock ring set. after many tries i finally got the large on around my balls and shaft. It took a little bit of trial and error but now I can do it easily. the secret is to take a firm grip at the top of your sack then pull one testicle through one at a time.
I still can't get thee middle size ring around my sack though. I'm not sure how to get it on. I guess my boys just don't hang low enough.
The small one feels great on the shaft. just make sure you have a little bit of lube when putting it one. |

It can be difficult to get the balls through the middle size ring, have to pull as much of the sac as possible, then squeeze the first ball through, then pull more of the sac and then the other ball. Sometimes the second ball tries to hide, and it's difficult to get fingers behind it to force it through.
The down side is that even after all the effort to get the balls positioned correctly, one or both can easily sneak back through especially when moving alot as it is being worn under regular clothes. I found that slipping a lace between the shaft and the sac inside the front of this cage (just under the joint of the smallest (shaft) ring and the middle (ball) ring), then tying the lace under the bottom of the cage behind the ball sac solves that problem. The lace pulls the sac down against the bottom edge of the cage, and prevents the balls from being able to get out of the cage throught he small space created. Be careful how tight the lace is tied, don't want to cut off circulation. Also, i have found that some types of laces are very irritating while others are comfortable for long periods, you will need to experiment with this. A stretchy type lace seems to get uncomfortable quickly.
For an even more kinky effect, and to securely lock this cage on , as well as use it for a secure restraint device, I have fed a small chain (like dog choke chain) in place of the lace. Then a standard size padlock can be hooked through one end of the chain under the cage, hooked over the bottom edge of the cage where the large and middle rings join, then pull the other end of the chain as tight as you can get it and hook it over the lock. then snap the padlock shut. If you do it right, the chain will pull the sac down to the bottom of the cage (as with the lace), leaving just enough room for circulation and semen flow but will absolutely prevent the balls from "sneaking", or even being forced, back out of the cage. He is securely locked into the cage with a length of chain hanging down from it. I have found that wearing it this way long term is actually more comfortable than with the lace as well as without anything securing it because it gets rather uncomfortable when one ball comes out. The remaining part of the chain can be used to attach the wearer to anything, keeping him right where he is supposed to be for as long as you want him to stay there. It also makes a great leash, he will go where ever he is led or it will quickly become painful. If his hands are cuffed behind his back, the chain can be attached to the cuffs, furhter limiting movement of his hands. There are all sorts of possibilities for this. |

In terms of sizing, I'm glad I got the larger. I would say I'm average, but my girth is a bit above average. I was so excited to put it on I only got one ball through and kinda got stuck. I will have to try again flacid. Be careful putting it on! |

Got the larger one as had tried the smaller and it was too tight, easy on, no lube required, the wife and her friends love it and have me wearing it with the anal hook and ring together. two of the greatest buys ever. |

This is a great product. The only issue seems to be with fit. Obviously you want it to be tight. I'm only 4 1/2" so obviously not big, and would say I'm probably average thickness(sorry for description, a necessary evil). The medium is still too tight. And I like mine tight, but I definitely had concerns about it cutting off blood flow. After using it the first time I was pulling at it trying to help release the blood flow because it was uncomfortable and obviously restricting blood flow too much. I honestly would recommend to everyone that they try the large. I'm buying the bigger one right now, and not even mad about having bought something I can't use because I think it's a great product. |
