In a word --- YEE--OWWCH! This little devil is one intense torture device. The tweezer-based clamp is fully adjustable and the rubber tips prevent serious damage no matter how tightly it's clamped... a feature that Sir takes sadistic advantage of when he uses it. I was initially concerned about the weight of the bell, but it turned out there was nothing to worry about, at least not on that point; the bell is very lightweight and except for the "tinkle tinkle" as I walk, I don't even know it's there. But the clamp itself is very intense; I wouldn't recommend it for the faint of heart!
