Actually i had to throw this away, because i propably have too big thing. The small ring spike once hit the vein in such way that caused small (1mm2) internal bleed and that, or fact that it made me panic a little, made me go soft immediately. If there was version of this that has 0.5mm wider diameter, and more rounded shape, i'd buy again. I feel like the spike actually wasn't rounded metal, but it was like 2 metal pieces welded together and almost blade sharp seam remained. Not visible for eye but you can feel it with fingertip.
