Good. Comfortable material. Due to the awkwardness of my testicles (left high, right low) I have been able to slip out of the medium sized ring (smallest size I can wear without cutting off circulation) mostly while soft but its also possible to take off when hard. (My size varies. When soft I can be from 2-5 inches and when hard 6-7) The longest I have worn the device for was close to two weeks and although it was very sexually pleasing, I was constantly awoken in the middle of the night. In addition, using the bathroom while hard was somewhat difficult, and perhaps the worst part of this experience was the strap that essentially lifts and splits the testicles began to dry out and stretch my skin which inevitably lead to peeling, cracking, and bleeding... I love the thought of these devices, and for short term it works well and does its job, but I have not been able to find one that suits me well for long term wear. -sidenote, CB6000S worked very well for me until I lost it. Still had issues of slipping out of the ring but unable to fully take the device off. I found the device was too small for me, and would have been perfect if I got regular CB6000. (Never wore for longer than 2-3 days)

Fun product looks good, feels good, and is great for longer-term wear, but not escape proof. Easy on, but, due to it's "stretchable" components, also relatively easy off even when locked on and with smallest ring.
