In front of that ring is the "B" ring, which is placed in front of the balls, which hang down between the two rings. The cock is then trapped in the cage which is affixed in front of the "B" ring. The cage is small and angled downwards, which makes it effective in preventing erections and orgasm for most men.

Proper sizing of the "A" ring is extremely important. It has to be small enough to ensure security, but large enough to make the CB-2000 comfortable. Each CB-2000 comes with one black metal padlock, 1 key, and 5 serial-numbered plastic locks. The plastic locks are each good for one use. Once locked on, they must be cut to open them. Since each one has a unique serial number, any tampering will be evident.
