The plugs that come with these are very nice of a good quality and size, however the ball is made of a material that does not stretch so it really does not bounce much at all so I was rather let down.

I have the "Beginner" in me as I type this. Don't be fooled! It's still big and you need to work up to it with something like the Anal Trainer Kit. I also suggest playing with the plug by itself a few times before mounting it on the ball.
