I liked the feel of this toy, though it is very hefty- it isn't something you'd be able to wear out to dinner. It's a two-stager, with the second bulb being slightly wider than the first one. There is generous spacing between the bulbs that allows your sphincter to get a good grip on the toy as you ride those bumps. My only gripe is that this thing is very long for a plug, and since it's glass it does not have any "give" whatsoever. The long pointy end makes it easier to insert, but its that extra bit of length that keeps me from inserting the plug all of the way- my bum just doesn't have the depth necessary to accommodate this toy. That's an issue of anatomy though; your mileage may vary. If they took an inch off the top, I'd be in heaven!

Make no bones about it- this is a hefty anal toy! Glass toys can vary slightly in their dimensions, but I found the first bulb to be 1.5" and the second bulb to be 1.75", tapering to 1" between bulbs. If you are new to anal play, you should start with more modest dimensions. However, this is a great toy for intermediate play or for training- if 1" is too small for you, but a 2" diameter is too big, this toy will be right up your alley. There is also plenty of room between bulbs for your sphincter muscles to grip onto, which makes the toy more comfortable to use and helps it stay in better. Warm this toy up and use silicone lube, and you'll be in heaven!
