The small is the first plug I ever tried to use for extended wear. The internal part is spectacular both going in and out but the base is horrible. It's thick, rigid and sharp and digs in. It hurts

Fucking Amazing !!! It has a nice tapper slides right in. Once its in place it stays there until you are ready to remove it. Will be getting the larger one soon

I got the smaller one, and I have been wearing it around the house- the thin (but long) neck and gradual curves of the plug make it a great beginner's or "leave it in" plug. I also found that the base pinches your cheeks a little when you sit on it, so you might have to wiggle your bum a bit when sitting down- but its definitely not a deal-breaker. The smaller one is nice for extended wear- it is short enough that it won't "poke" you when sitting down. I would consider the larger one for more intense play. Hold a vibrator onto it while sitting, and you'll be flying!

I got one of these on my way to a friend's house and decided to insert it in a parking lot nearby, with only saliva as lube it took me a while before it popped in, once it did it was great! once I got home it got to it with real lube and it was amazing, my only gripe is the shape of the base, it flares out and kinda pinches your cheeks if you know what I mean.
