This curved humbler is sure to keep any man on his knees. Made out of wood, the two halves come apart and put into place around the wearers balls. Once in place the humbler can be screwed back together and fit snugly around the wearer's balls. At this point the wearer will not be able to stand or straighten out, without extreme discomfort. The ball hole measures 1.5" in diameter.
Re. rotating 90 degrees:
Easily fixed by screwing a couple of D-rings to the sides of the device, and cuffing the wrists to those. In that position you are definitely fsked... you don't even have your elbows to support your weigh.
Re. slippng through the hole:
Easily fixed using washers around the balls... or depending on anatomy, slipping the penis back through the hole in the planks as well.

Can someone explain why the wearer can't just rotate it 90 degrees and stand up if his hands are free? I guess I don't quite understand this thing???

My Master and I recently purchased a humbler to keep me on my knees where I belong. We both love the idea, but I have the same problem I've seen in other reviews in that the space is a little bit too large. One ball is smaller than the other and has a tendency to pull back through rather painfully (and not in a good way) when too much force is applied; like when I jump from a paddle strike. Very disappointing, but a little rope and Master can get my balls nice and secure in the humbler so he seems happy enough and that's all I need.
