I had purchased one of the 8-oz. units some time ago. While my balls seem to be large, they are really tight. I have not been able to wear anything but the parachute stretcher since I could not seem to stretch the sack far enough for even the leather stretchers. To install the weights, I used a shoe lace tied first behind the cock and balls, then around the top of the ball sack to gather in the skin so the stretcher could be installed. This system seems to work pretty well. I purchased a second 8-oz. unit with the idea of adding it on top of the first since the ball sack would already be contained. I also purchased a CB6000 at the same time, and haven't had it off long enough to try both of the weights together. As mentioned in previous reviews, the weights look great and feel even better. The first time I wore the 8-oz. unit was at my mother-in-law's while mowing her 1/3 acre lawn. I had a grin the whole day! Just received and been wearing the 16 oz ball stretcher for a day now. Have to say it is a different feeling with the added weight on my balls, and the are really swinging now. The ball stretcher is doing the job it was made to do!!!!!!!!!!!
I was concerned about the ball stretcher cutting off the blood flow and causing myself to become castorated, but that is not a worry as the balls have not changed color and are not even tender or sore.
If your balls are not already long and hanging the ball stretcher is a bit tricky to put on, but once on the feeling is good.
Looking forward to seeing some very positive resluts.
Anyone have an idea of the average resluts and time period taken to get the resluts?

I ordered the 22oz. stretcher and I have to say I'm totally satisfied with this device. It is of high quality as stated and meticulously machined so that when the two halves are fastened together one can barely make out the seam. Upon receiving it I found that it does take some finesse in putting it on, but after a few times and using something to keep the balls from being pinched it can be bolted on rather quickly (I tried a plastic 'chopstick' to help maneuver things and it worked great). As the inner diameter is quite small, it makes pulling out of it impossible, and the weight of it at least with the 22oz. is enough to provide a constant tug on the testicles or more aptly put, a rather 'delicious' dull ache. It also comes with screw in 'eye bolts' for attaching weights, leashes, restraining devices etc. But what makes this a real torture device is the optional 'crusher attachment'. I ordered it also and I have to say, it makes for some truly 'eye watering' possibilities and fully completes the stretcher. I introduced both devices to my wife to incorporate them into our bondage/S&M play and she couldn't wait to put it on me to torture my nuts (which she rather enjoys). I have to say it is by far the most stimulating and 'intense' torture to my nuts I've ever experienced, and much more so than with just 'weights'.
