This gag is EXTREMELY small. It just doesn't get the job done, and my gf has a very small mouth. Do not get this item confused with another gag that looks exactly the same. I did think i was buying the other item and and disappointed i didn't verify, and that mistake is the only reason i'm actually giving this item two stars instead of one...
