My first gag- bought for myself as an early Xmas present. Fits easily in my mouth and allows full breathing. I can still make noise, but what's the point, no-one would understand me. Added bonus, lots of drool, if you're into that. There is a slight unpleasent taste, but after a few minutes you get used to it. I haven't been able to keep it for very long periods without gagging (my fault, not the gags') but I'll get over it. Hopefully soon I'll be able to keep it in all night. Overall very satisfied, great gag for beginners.

My girlfriend and I have just started getting into bondage play. I love the look of the ball gags but my girlfriend has severe anxiety about not being able to breathe. We saw this and thought it was too good of a deal to pass up. It was well worth it. Not only can she breathe through it but she looks amazing with it on. I've noticed other reviews have had trouble with the smell/taste, ours doesn't seem to have either problem as I have worn it as well and couldn't taste or smell anything that wasn't unbearable. I would recommend this to any couple who are just starting to explore bondage play.

I ORDERED THIS BECAUSE I HAD OFTEN WONDERED WHAT WEARING ONE WAS LIKE AND IT WAS A GREAT FIRST TIME ORDER. IT DID HAVE A BIT OF A SMELL BUT AFTER ABOUT A WEEK OF USEING IT THE SMELL HAD GONE AWAY. VERY GOOD FOR A FIRST TIME GAG A FREIND SEEN IT AND IS NOW GETTING ONE ALSO.

While a nice size, the gag tastes bad and tends to cut into the edge of your mouth thanks to the unfinished joins and hole edges.

Not only does it taste bad, the strap easliy ripped.
